SURVEY OF OPINIONS FOR TECHNICAL COMMUNICATIONS COURSE RESEARCH PROPOSAL                    Cecil College, Cecil County, Maryland.  Mary Podlesak Surveyor

1. Have you ever heard of VAERS?  CIRCLE   YES   OR   NO                                                                         VAERS is the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System.  It is jointly run by the CDC and FDA under the auspices of the US government’s HHS.
2. Do you believe that autopsies are important for confirmation of cause of death?                   CIRCLE   YES OR NO
3. Since January of 2021, VAERS statistics for deaths reported for Covid-19 vaccines stand at approximately 12,000 as of this week with 551,172 adverse reactions. In the 1980’s, the Swine Flu vaccine was withdrawn by the FDA after 50 deaths.  The number of reported deaths and injuries is usually one tenth of the true total.  The current true total number of deaths as of today, July 16^th, feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, is 120,000. A report has surfaced that a representative from Moderna has admitted that the company’s Covid-19 vaccine is experimental and everyone who takes it is part of a clinical trial.  Do you believe that this is the proper way to test vaccines, that is, before formal approval, to enroll all the vaccinated in a phase 3 clinical trial, without advising the vaccinated?  CIRCLE         YES, I’M OK with signing up the vaccinated for a phase 3 clinical trial     OR                       NO, I’m not OK with signing up the vaccinated for a phase 3 clinical trial
